Copy of Credentials/Business Card
1) Law Enforcement: Attach a copy of your department-issued credentials.
2) Consultants/Engineers/Examiners: Attach a copy of your company’s business card showing your name and position.
3) Attorneys: Attach a copy of your agency’s business card showing your name and position.
4) All Others: If you are not listed in one of the above categories but otherwise meet the prerequisites, attach a memo explaining your interest, and your membership will be considered.

Peer Reviewer Resume
Those interested in assisting other investigators by peer reviewing their work should provide a current resume detailing their training and experience in collision investigation.
Please include any information that would benefit establishing your level of expertise. This may include but is not limited to training in related areas, degrees, seminars attended, teaching, testing performed, and experience. The resume need not be formal but should be as detailed as possible.
